Kitchen Assistant 厨房助手 (Full Time 全职 / Part Time 兼职 ) 大巴窑 / 兀兰
Responsibilities
Setting up, cleaning, and organizing work stations before and after business hours
- 帮忙准备食材，包括洗菜、切菜、醃／切鸡蛋，等等。
- 跟着SOP与主管指示，准备腌制肉类等
- 煮汤、煮饭、炸豬油等。
- 负责开档与收档工作
- 恊助收货，储备货品
- 保持工作环境卫生干净
- 遵守食物安全与卫生政策
- Food Preparation; washing vegetables, chopping, seasoning meat, etc.
- Preparing oven, utensils, and noodle boiler
- Handling multiple food orders according to the Company’s quality requirements
- Operates various kitchen appliance such as blender, oven, cooking hob, or mixers
- Cooking as Soup Preparation, Frying Pork Lard, etc
- Ensure all food and other items are stored properly at appropriate temperatures
- Assisting cooks in Noodle cooking or helping other team members when needed
- Cleans food preparation areas and maintains the cleanliness of the kitchen
- Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene regulations.
Job requirements: 工作要求
- 6 Days work week 每周工作 6 天
- With Basic Kitchen Helper experiences 要有基本的厨房帮手经验
- Experience in using cutting tools, cookware 使用切割工具、炊具和餐具的经验
- Ability to work in a team在团队中工作的能力
- Rotating shift including Weekends, and Public Holidays轮班，包括周末和公共假日
- With Basic food hygiene certificate. (If no, we can arrange the course for you)
