Job Summary:


The Receptionist cum Admin Assistant is responsible for managing front desk activities and providing administrative support to ensure efficient office operations. Duties include greeting visitors, answering phone calls and emails, scheduling appointments, maintaining office supplies, and assisting with administrative tasks as needed. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and proficient in office software and communication skill.


Job Descriptions :


Reception

  • Attend to phone calls and walk in enquires.
  • Attend to unwell students
  •  Provide administrative support to stakeholders.
  •  Maintain the tidiness and cleanliness of the Reception Area at all times.

General Administration

  •  Manage the loan and returns of college attires and blazers and maintain the loan records.
  •  Manage the borrowing and returning of keys.
  •  Assist to count, sort, pack and distribute college materials.
  •  Maintain the forms in the reception trays to ensure forms are current.
  •  Replenishment of staff stationeries (markers, dusters etc)
  •  Support school events and any duties assigned by school.

Job Requirement :

  •  Minimum GCE “N” level
  •  Shall preferably has 2 years of relevant work experience.
  •  Good communication and inter-personal skills
  •  Good customer service skills
  •  Proficient in MS Office
