We are looking for a Finance Temp to cover Maternity on a 1 year contract. You could be an individual with minimum 2 years' finance accounting experience, looking for a temporary role to gain experience in SAP system and work in a large transport industry.
Job Description
- Responsible for monthly financial closing, preparation of journal entries related to general ledger and audit schedules.
- Assist the finance manager in preparation of monthly financial and management reports.
- Cashflow management and monthly inter-company reconciliation
- Preparation of Balance Sheet schedule and perform analytical review procedures of balance sheet.
- Engage with external financial auditors on audit, tax and accounting issues to ensure smooth closure of year-end financial audit.
- Assist in ERP system migration project.
- Any other related ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in Finance/Accountancy or Professional Accounting Qualifications certifications.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Excel and SAP system is preferred.
- Team player with good interpersonal skills with willingness to learning attitude
- Able to work independently with proper guidance to meet the financial closing dates
- Attention to details
