To front the company's customer service to support the members on their enquiries and membership orders and transaction.
To manage the membership system handling registration, order and sales confirmation and logistic fulfilment.
To manage consignment goods, inventory control, invoicing, payment and transfer.
To liaise with relevant parties and vendors to prepare and submit grant and other authority application, when necessary.
To assist the account to manage claims and reimbursement, reconcillation and verification.
To assist in keeping the experiential centre clean and perform necessary operation duties and customer service to visiting customers.
All other adhoc admin duties, where necessary.
