Job Description & Requirements
Reporting to the Supervisor or other senior managers as required.
Liaising between the Supervisor and other employees.
Hiring and training new employees.
Assist walk-in customers in purchasing products
Promote products and optimize sales opportunities
Attend to customer orders and inquiries
Perform housekeeping duties to maintain the store’s cleanliness and image.
Establishing business knowledge and awareness of shared company goals.
Moitoring both individual and team job performance metrics.
Providing staff with technical guidance and assistance.
Relaying productivity concerns to the Supervisor.
Preparing job descriptions and work schedules.
Assisting with other administrative tasks, when required.· able to speak English and Mandarin to liaise with both English and Mandarin speaking colleagues & customers
