Working Hours: 0830 – 1800hrs (Monday to Friday)
Job Description:
- Execute account access rights in an enterprise logistics system
- Engage internal customers and conduct analysis to interpret the movement of materials in an SAP system with non-technical summaries
- Implement backend system adjustments
- Perform data exploration and prepare data-driven reports for sense-making
- Any other administrative assignments issued by supervisor
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/Degree holder
- Able to demonstrate ETL and data analytics skills (PowerPivot) using MS Excel
- Able to demonstrate basic understanding of SAP enterprise resource planning across finance, procurement and inventory
- Able to coordinate and work with internal stakeholders at all levels
- Able to analyse data to improve processes and upkeep compliance with company policy
