Responsibilities:
- Provide maintenance and support for Customers' Enterprise IT Network Services.
- Perform break-fix which include troubleshooting and problem identification for any network services.
- Develop test cases and conduct proof of concept tests on new software and hardware prior to upgrade/deployment.
- Perform the role of Project Lead / Coordinator in project management for small to medium size projects or Service Requests.
- Work closely with Project Manager / Service Delivery Manager to fulfil project deliverables and operational request.
- Establish TAC cases with the principal vendor for complex problem until its resolved.
Requirements:
- Required to have minimum 5 years of hands-on network technical support experience in SI Environment.
- Hands-on experience in LAN/WAN/WLAN: Cisco/Alcatel Switches and Routers.
- Experience working with any of WLC, Unified Communication (IPT & VC), Fortinet, Junipers and Checkpoints, Cisco IPS/IDS, ISE, ACS & ASA, ESA, WSA, SMA, SolarWinds, Cisco Prime Infras, Alcatel Omni-Vista, Infoblox DNS/DHCP, NTP Server, F5 LTM/GTM and A10 LTM.
- Experience with LAN, WAN, WLAN, Data and Security networking in implementation, maintenance support and break-fix.
