Job Description:
- Provide receptionist duties at front counter
- Ensure accuracy of clinical data entry into computer system
- Able to apply basic patient care
- Maintain filling system, coordinate appointments and other admin duties
- Liaise with various insurance company and make payment arrangement
- Any other task as directed by the Clinic Manager or Doctor
Job Requirements:
Min GCE O Levels or Diploma
Has prior experience in customer service / call centre
Has passion to work in healthcare sector
