Responsibilities:

Involved in coordination and supervisor of Plumbing/Sanitray / Gas and Building works.

Responsible for planning, managing and ensuring smooth implementation and monitoring of projects assigned

Responsible for effective site management which include safety inspection and quality control of materials and plants on site

Liaise effectively with clients, consultant subcontractors and other relevant government authorities to achieve delivery objections

Utility cable works / Diversion works supervision onsite

Supervisor a Team of Building Trade Supervisor in thier Day to Day Operation.

Requirements:

Trade Certificate/BCPPF/Diploma in Building Services or relevant

Civil and Building infrastructure site supervision work experience

Minimum 3 years working experience.

Applicants perfer to have certification in Building construcion Safety Supervisor Certification.

Applicants with extensive experience will be considered for this senior positions
