Responsibilities:
- To supervise construction and engineering works
- To monitor work progress and provide reporting
- Lead in Site Coordination and execution relating to the construction project.
- To update structural progress with scheduling tools.
- Ensuring supervisors & foremen meets clients’ regulatory work requirements.
- To check and ensure compliance with check list
- Responsible for all inspection activities being carried out.
- Ensuring environmental, safety and health practices are carried out at all times.
- Overall project planning and management to meet time, cost, and quality objective.
- Managing of production progress on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis by analysing output, identifying issues, troubleshoot and sharing the results internally
- Effectively plan and manage the die-set, machines, materials, manpower planning, and production schedules to optimize production quantity and produce high quality products, by making the right decision to maximize the results.
- Daily equipment maintenance work plan
- Maintain good housekeeping and discipline
Requirements:
- Able to speak English
- Have at least 10 years of working experience in Construction or Engineering related fields
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Familiar with equipment plant superstructure works construction management
- Able to work on shift when required
- Good analytical, supervision and communication skills
