Job Description
1. Research and Analysis:
· Market Research: Understand the market, competitors, and target audience.
· SWOT Analysis: Identify Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats
2. Planning:
· Objective Setting: Define what the campaign intends to achieve (e.g., increase brand awareness, generate leads, boost sales).
· Budgeting: Allocate financial resources for various campaign activities.
· Strategy Development: Determine the overall approach, including messaging, channels, and tactics.
· Target Audience: Clearly define the target demographic or audience personas.
3. Campaign Development:
· Creative Development: Create the content and designs for the campaign (ads, social media posts, email templates, landing pages, etc.).
· Media Planning: Decide on the distribution channels (digital, print, broadcast, social media, etc.) and schedule for releasing campaign materials.
· Technology and Tools: Set up the necessary tools for campaign execution (e.g., email automation, social media management tools, analytics platforms).
4. Execution:
· Campaign Launch: Release the campaign materials according to the planned schedule.
· Monitoring: Keep an eye on the campaign's performance in real-time to make adjustments as needed.
5. Measurement and Analysis:

Job Requirements:
1. Marketing Strategy and Execution:
· Proven experience in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies
· Experience with digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing
· Ability to create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
2. Brand Development and Management:
· Experience in brand management and ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
· Ability to create compelling brand stories and messages that resonate with target audiences
· Experience in managing the production of marketing collateral such as brochures, videos, and promotional materials
3. Industry Knowledge
· In-depth knowledge of the co-living, serviced residence, or hospitality industry
· Understanding of market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape
· Ability to leverage industry insights to inform marketing and sales strategies
4. Technology and Tools Proficiency:
· Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, CRM software, and marketing automation tools
· Familiarity with event management software and tools
· Basic graphic design skills or experience working with design teams to create marketing materials
