Key responsibilities
• Providing a key contact to customers for all service-related customer calls/emails
• Coordinating preventative maintenance activities
• Quotations & Purchase Order Management
• Providing administrative support for the service function.
Must Have:
• Excellent customer service experience
• ServiceMax, Salesforce and SAP systems knowledge will be advantageous
Requirements:
• Min Diploma or Degree in any discipline
• Microsoft Excel knowledge
• A proactive and self-starting attitude
• Strong attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Excellent time management
• Strong planning and organisational skills
• Outstanding communication skills
• Be able to work in a fast pace environment
