To excel in this role, you should have:
1. A recognized Diploma/Degree in Occupational Therapy.
2. Full registration with the Allied Health Professions Council.
3. Over 5 years of Occupational Therapy experience, with a preference for community settings.
4. Proven expertise in project management.
5. The ability to thrive both independently and within a team.
6. Exceptional management, leadership, and problem-solving capabilities.
