(A) Job Descriptions
1. Handling of company/private vehicles' insurance, season parking, road tax, VPC, inspection and all other vehicle's related work.
2. Application/Renewal of worker's dormitory (Check-in & check-out), Primary Care Plan (PCP) & warehouse.
3. Application/Renewal of company's licences, certificates and memberships.
4. Handling of suppliers for monitoring and processing of outstanding payments.
5. Booking of air tickets for employees and management.
6. Purchasing & distributing of worker's PPE, staff's uniforms and so forth.
7. Handling of petty cash for vehicle's maintenance department.
8. Sourcing and purchasing for office/site like stationery, machinery/equipments' parts, etc.
9. Arranging of logistic both locally and overseas.
10. Assisting Directors
11. Other ad-hoc work like organizing 7th month praying, lunch events, visa application and so forth.
(B) Requirements
1. G.C.E 'O' level or equivalent & minimum 2 years of related experience.
2. Well-versed in email corresponding.
3. Ability of handling stress, unforeseen changes in management's decisions, last minute work-related issues.
4. Ability to manage time as to do correct work at a correct timing.
5. Positive and firm in charactors.
6. Daring to speak up, ask and confirm before executing the work.
7. Diligent, responsible and honest.
