About the Team
The E-commerce Global Supply Chain and Logistics team is dedicated to enhancing clients' shopping experience and reducing logistics operational cost in TikTok E-commerce. We are currently looking for talented software engineers that have a deep understanding of machine learning (ML), operations research (OR), data mining and statistical inference.
Responsibilities
- Deeply involved in the construction of domestic and international e-commerce smart supply chain, reponsible for aggregating dimensions and product dimensions forecasting work
- Based on massive e-commerce data from live streaming rooms, short videos, shelf scenes, etc., combined with machine learning algorithms, accurately predict various dimensions of sales volume, order quantity, GMV, etc., at different lead times. Integrate the forecasting results into high-value business scenarios such as production capacity preparation and inventory planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 3 years of practical experience in Machine Learning, familiar with Deep Learning algorithms;
- Proficient in Python and SQL, familiar with at least one of the following language: Java/Go/C++, able to proficiently develop in Big data distributed environment;
- Self-driven, able to deeply understand the business, adapt to rapid business changes, have good personal expression and communication skills, and be able to promote project implementation.
