Project Overview:


The project aims to systematically engage and build relationships with new customers in the APAC region. It involves driving growth through inbound and outbound prospecting efforts, generating sales leads, serving as the primary point of contact for customer account management matters, negotiating contracts, and closing deals to maximize profits.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting Efforts: Assist the business in driving growth through inbound and outbound prospecting efforts, generating sales leads, and converting them into opportunities and closed business.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer account management matters, building and maintaining strong and lasting relationships with customers, and negotiating contracts.
  • Trusted Advisor: Develop relationships of trusted advisors with key accounts and interested clients.
  • Onboarding Process: Gather and review all client contracts, service agreements, and onboarding documents, define project scope, timelines, and KPIs for successful onboarding, and work collaboratively with the client's IT team for data migration and system integration.
  • Training and Support: Develop a comprehensive training plan tailored to the client's specific needs, deliver training sessions, provide ongoing support, and facilitate a smooth transition to live operations.
  • Monitoring and Review: Monitor system performance, address challenges promptly, and conduct post-launch review meetings to gather feedback and ensure client satisfaction.

Deliverables:

  • Onboarding Project Plan: Detailed document outlining the project timeline, milestones, responsibilities, and communication schedule.
  • Data Migration Report: Comprehensive report documenting the data migration process, including data mapping, volume, and success metrics.
  • Training Materials: All training materials, including presentations, user guides, and reference documents developed for the client team.
  • Go-Live Checklist: Comprehensive checklist ensuring all tasks and configurations are completed before transitioning to live operations.
  • Post-Launch Review Report: Documented report summarizing key insights and action items identified during the post-launch review meeting.
