Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop potential customers and establish new business opportunities.
- Actively prospect and generate new leads through various channels.
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Timely and effectively response to customer’s complaint/feedback.
- Understand customer needs and tailor product or service offerings to meet those needs.
- Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and service satisfaction.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions and sales transactions.
- Stay abreast with industry trends, market conditions and opportunities and competitors’ activities.
- Actively participate in sales meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role, ideally within the food distribution, retail, or hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
- Industry-specific knowledge and experience is preferred
