Our client is an MNC, one of the leading players in the aviation sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Junior Customer Support Specialist to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the East.
Working hours: 5 days per week
Mondays to Fridays: 8am - 5pm
Location: Changi
Job Responsibilities:
- Enter document data and review customer orders.
- Collaborate to monitor and ensure order accuracy and on-time delivery.
- Proofread paperwork and maintain records.
- Operate office equipment and handle calls professionally.
Basic Qualifications:
- Fluent in English, with clerical and computer skills.
- Customer service experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to handle high order volume in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with International Trade team preferred.
