Boutique Manager Up to $8.5K + Commission
The Boutique Manager is responsible for the overall management and enhancement of the selling floor, with the main objectives of developing sales, growing the sales team and reaching a sustainable high quality of service. As a Boutique Manager, one must be a true leader in the boutique, sharing the company's values with the teams and acting as a true Ambassador of the Maison.
The Boutique Manager supports and guides the team in all aspects of sales, while maintaining a sales floor presence. A Boutique Manager helps the team achieve performance goals through feedback, coaching and closing sales and supports the team in developing clients and prospects in the database and in developing a sales strategy to increase loyalty and sales volume in the long-term. A Boutique Manager must motivate the team by leading by example on the selling floor and by building short and mid-term strategies to attract, convert and retain new clients. A Boutique Manager is asked to provide and ensure excellent customer service and help the team nurture and elevate the boutique experience to support sales growth.
Requirement:
- Diploma / Degree in any discipline
- Minimum 5 years in luxury retail - especially timepieces or jewelry focus
- Ex-airline crew with retail / supervisory experience are welcome to apply
- Supervisory and P&L ownership a must
