Job Description
· Handles customer enquiries (Export / Customer Service / Air / FCL)
· Provide quotations to clients
· Coordinate with agents for rates/ bookings/ shipment arrangement; check on the shipping rules and regulations for the respective countries
· Handle SEA/AIR shipment and ensure all documents (such as BL, pre-alert, delivery order, arrival notice) are in order
· Create booking in system/ Block booking with carrier; monitor carrier schedule
· Verify and take in vendor cost into system; prepare payment
· Create and issue invoice to customers
· Arrange deliveries and follow up with vendors and customers to ensure final destination of shipments
· Perform declaration of permit
· Check and send unstuffing report from warehouse
· Resolve destination charges disputes/ issues
Requirements
· Minimum O Level and above
· No experienced required
· Bilingual in English and Chinese
· Able to work independently as well as being a proactive team member
· Fast learner, possess initiative and drive
