ENZO Singapore Job Scope
1. Must be able to speak and read English. Able to speak and read Mandarin Chinese will be a plus.
2. Able to properly communicate to customer about product information by the company.
3. Must have basic computer knowledge including using Microsoft Office software.
4. Need to follow company’s procedure in collecting payment from customers.
5. Need to sort out stock upon its arrival and so the person must be physically fit.
6. Must contact customer on stock arrival to arrange an appointment with them.
7. Need to follow the company’s installation guidelines for automotive products.
8. Need to be able attend to customers’ after sales request should it arises.
9. Need to customize automotive products such as car mat and on job training will be provided.
10. Must take proper care and maintenance of shop to ensure cleanliness of store at all times.
