• Conduct interviews with selected members of public
• Handle incoming hotline and mailbox enquiries to resolve respondents’ issues
• Compile, record, input survey returns and data accurately into the system
• Conduct data verification of completed survey cases to ensure accuracy and reliability of data
• Establish and maintain relationship with respondents throughout the project period
• Ensure that the given KPI are being met based on the project timeline
• Provide status report to the supervisor
Working Days & Hours: 5 days across Monday – Sunday, Up to 44 hours per week.
Location: Newton/ Chinatown
Contract: yearly renewable based on business needs and individual performance
Requirements:
• Singaporean
• Comfortable with field visits
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
• Experience with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
