Duration: 2 Years Contract, Convertible to Perm (based on performance)
Working Location: Ghim Moh
Working Hours: Mon – Thu: 8.30am to 6pm
Fri: 8.30pm to 5pm
As a member in the People Relations team, you will be in a position of influence where you will have direct access to business units and feel the pulse of the organisation. You will engage with multiple stakeholders, facilitating talent discussions by providing HR perspectives and sound guidance on people challenges. You will also be involved in implementation of HR policies, initiatives & processes in areas such as talent attraction, employer branding and HR operations.
Responsibilities:
- Partner the business on end-to-end recruitment process including but not limited to management of temporary employees, transfers, secondment and re-employment, and ad-hoc manpower requests.
- Manage onboarding process of all new hires.
- Review and analyse current processes through use of data or latest trends for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the internal P&C functional teams to execute HR policies at the business units-level.
- Provide professional advice on the interpretation of HR policies and employment legislations.
- Implement relevant HR strategies to support and drive business needs and performance.
- Other ad-hoc initiatives and projects may be assigned.
