Responsibilities
- In-charge of costing and Quantities tabulations for Mechanical (ACMV), Electrical, Fire and Plumbing & Sanitary Services
- Provide cost estimation and adhere to submission due date
- Liaise with clients to ensure technical proposal is complied
- Review drawings, specifications and source for suppliers
- Assist to prepare quotation and tender documents
- Certify and Verify quantities for projects account.
- Any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Quantity Surveying/Engineering or a related discipline
- 1-2 years experiences in ACMV cost estimation
- Proficient in MS Excels/words/PowerPoint/Project
