- Diagnostic and repair Apple products
- Attend and follow up on customer queries, requests and feedback effectively to achieve customer satisfaction
- Ensure smooth operations
- Ensure parts are ordered and returned in a timely manner
- Compliance with workplace safety and security
- Liaise with supervisor on customer feedback
- Other duties and special projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum 'O' Level or equivalent with 1 year customer and support experience preferred
- Relevant experience in repair of notebooks/desktop products and service-oriented environment preferred
- Class 3 motor car driving license preferred
- Familiar with Apple products and macOS, iOS, iPadOS
- Proficiency in English for clear communication
- Ability to assess customers’ support needs, provide solutions or refer them to other team members
- Flexibility to rotate through different technical specialties and skill sets
- Ability to thrive on change as products evolve
- Contribute to an inclusive environment through respecting differences and having the curiosity to learn
- You have excellent time management skills and can make decisions quickly
- You maintain composure and customer focus while troubleshooting and solving issues
