Job Description
- Assist with operations-related paperwork, including but not limited to documentation, filing, and data entry.
- Work closely with the Chief Operating Officer (COO) to support various administrative tasks and projects.
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure efficient workflow and communication.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the smooth functioning of daily operations.
- Process and follow up on licenses application.
- Managing paper work for operations department related to banking and finance.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Prior experience in admin, operations and entertainment industry is a bonus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, preferably bilingual.
