Our client, an online research solution platform MNC currently looking for a highly motivated and results oriented Business Development Manager to join their dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the sales team by providing coaching, mentoring and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Analyse client needs and translate them into proposals and quotations that secure new client partnerships
- Confidently negotiate win win business deals and maintain positive relationships with existing clients for long term partnerships.
- Achieve and exceed sales goals set by management
- Formulate and implement effective strategies to drive the team to achieve sales targets
- Develop and execute SMART plans by identifying potential clients and proactively reach out to acquire new clients
- Nurture new and dormant accounts to drive long term growth
- Identify new market opportunities including new ideas, industries or technologies to explore potential business expansion
Requirements:
- Proven track record in B2B Sales
- At least 3 years of experience in leading a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English to interact and liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills and knowledge of other statistical tools
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Excel)
