Job Summary :
- Strong and deep knowledge on Intellect’s trade finance products and interfacing applications. Candidate mast have 3+ years of experience in Intellect trade finance product (Voyager) or similar trade finance products
- At least 4-6 years of experience in managing big programs with 50+ associates from various department like function, automation, performance testing etc.
- Candidate mast have worked as test manager with local banks in Singapore.
- Overall 14-16 years of experience Banking domain in banking products.
- Candidate should have in depth understanding of testing process & best practices and attitude towards implementing the same.
- Create strategies and plan for the project based on understanding of the project requirement, customer’s industry trends, their business model and key challenges.
- Overall accountable and responsible for delivery of testing services across the trade finance projects. Proven experience in testing standards, tools, processes & methodologies, frameworks, and various delivery methodologies e.g. Agile, Hybrid Agile and Waterfall, DevOps.
- Participating in preparation of quality assessments, reports, and metrics formulating go-no go statement based on reports and metrics, test progress and defect status
- Presenting test improvements and developments in daily progress meetings.
- Acting as the main liaison communicating between the team and the rest of the internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in various testing tool suites like JIRA, HP ALM, Tosca, etc.
- Candidate must display a high level of professional judgment, commitment, integrity, and teamwork. Excellent client facing, internal communications, written and verbal communication skills.
