JOB MISSION:
Provide support in material and production planning and perform all production control activities, including: generating and processing work orders & monitoring of inventories (mainly bases & finished goods).
MAIN JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Schedule and process work orders per the production plan with limited supervision
- Track, count and expedite all work in process to ensure production and shipping schedules are met
- Monitor availability of raw materials to ensure smooth planning of production schedule
- Maintain close communication with Customer Service & Sales Representatives to track the urgencies
- Coordinate with Material Management, Quality Control & Warehouse to expedite materials when needed
- Assist in reviewing inventory transactions in SAP for accuracy
- Provide assistance troubleshooting and resolving data entry errors and discrepancies
- Assist in the generation of reports and complete special projects as assigned.
- Provide performance reports as necessary
Requirements
- Diploma in supply chain or business administration.
- 1 - 2 years' work experience as supply or production planner or related work in manufacturing industries.
- Advance office tools knowledge (Excel, Power Point), SAP (PP and MM modules), PINS (Production Systems)
- English language – written and verbal proficiency
