Job Description:
As a Telemarketer at Apex Retail, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers and scheduling appointments. Your primary goal will be to schedule appointments for our sales team, ultimately contributing to the company's growth and success. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a proactive attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospects from provided lead lists.
- Qualify leads and gather relevant information to identify potential sales opportunities.
- Set appointments for our sales team with qualified prospects.
- Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records of interactions in our Salesforce.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective lead generation and conversion strategies.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.
- Any ad-hoc or administrative task assigned by your superior.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a telemarketer or in a similar sales/customer service role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or NOVA(POS) is a plus.
