As FAB 10 Facilities Operations Technician, you will be working in the 12-hourly shift rotating between day and night shift. You are required to operate and oversee the safe and proper operation of plant utilities equipment and systems in compliance with specifications, to achieve organization objectives and company goals. Your responsibilities include but not be limited to operate and monitor plant utilities and facilities system through the FMCS (Facilities Monitoring and Control System) System at the control room, Coordinate with relevant parties, and carry out pump/fan rotation for routine plant PM/CM activities and as well as act as Emergency Response Team (ERT) member, to ensure minimal impact to FAB operations.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Safe and proper operation of facilities equipment’s and systems
- Monitor facilities equipment and system through FMCS or equivalent
- Respond swiftly to out-of-specification or abnormal condition affecting production or the site in general
- Escalate in a timely manner to out-of-specification or abnormal condition to relevant parties
- Restore facilities services in a timely manner to minimize interruption to production or the site
- Response to facilities service request
- Support and implement operating procedures and risk assessments for all facilities system and facilities-related work activities
- Coordinate maintenance or installation activities for operating facilities system and equipment on the site
- Accurate pass down of information to next shift
- Execute shift routines and activities
- Assist in drafting SOP, Checklist and daily plant reporting
- Follow up on incident or service interruption
- Co-ordinates and interface with internal and external parties for facilities operation related activities
- Prioritize and organize work on the shift
- Team Member of the ERT (Emergency Response Team)
- Co-chair Facilities Daily Operation morning meeting / pass down with Facilities Operations Engineer
- To carryout WAC regen and ACF backwash
- Team members are required to complete their learning items within the stipulated time frame.
- To review and approve the permits.
- Participate in all Micron programs including but not limited to EHS, Quality, and Cost.
Requirements:
- Experience with Facilities systems in semiconductor is preferred.
- Fresh graduates with no prior experience are welcome to apply
