Job Resposibilities
- Handle clients through calls, direct mail, email and networking events
- Assist and involve in the marketing of training academy, new promotional initiatives and its portfolio of learning services
- Proactively establish, engage and maintain good working relationships with new/existing corporate clients, government agencies
- Support and provide administrative support in course registrations, scheduling, claim submissions and preparation of training facilities.
- Meet regular reporting requests and performance expectations from both management and external stakeholders
- Deliver a good service experience through professional customer service engagement
- Perform ad-hoc assigned duties like testing of new systems and registration portals.
- Daily registration for courses.
