The Talent
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on campaign management and strategic planning.
- Proven track record of success in driving brand perception and loyalty, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making and optimization.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for identifying opportunities and trends.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms, including Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics.
The Job
- Shape perception and regain brand love for card deals through targeted marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Execute and track performance of cards branding campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and KPIs.
- Review effectiveness of overarching merchant plans to drive usage across key pillars, making strategic adjustments as necessary.
- Experiment with owned channels to deepen engagement with target audiences, leveraging messaging and offers to enhance reach and engagement.
- Track effectiveness of content strategy, refining approaches to optimize engagement and reach with key audiences.
- Activate dormant cardmember base through strategic initiatives and targeted campaigns.
- Conduct monthly business and marketing performance tracking, analyzing results to inform future strategies and initiatives.
- Embed Instalment plans tactical programs within usage campaigns to drive usage via customer journey optimization.
- To oversee and drive growth of PayLah! wallets and usage through digital experiments, campus activations, and targeted marketing efforts.
