- To respond quickly and efficiently to in-coming sales enquiries, by telephone, fax and email.
- Sending enquiry to suppliers, follow up with enquiry status from the supplier
- Prepare quotation to customers
- Processing orders
- Preparing documentations for packing, delivery and shipment (invoice, D/O, Packing List and etc)
- To provide other admin support and any other ad-hoc assignments
- Minimum "O" Level
- Good inter-personal skill, self-motivated and strong organizing skill
- Meticulous, responsible, able to multi-tasks and possess willingness to learn attitude
- Good team player and positive personality
- Proficient in MS office applications
