Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the equipment set up and installation, repair, maintenance and calibration of plant utility, instrumentation and electrical facilities.
- Perform day to day facilities clean room operations. Direct and drive effort to ensure daily continuity of cleanroom facilities with zero interruption to manufacturing activities.
- Troubleshoot and rectify equipment breakdowns to ensure prompt resolution.
- Implement appropriate measures to prevent and predictive maintenance for cleanroom support system and equipment such as HVAC systems, chiller and compressor system, process gases, and water treatment system.
- Maintain and improve quality and reliability of cleanroom environment.
- Generating the required standard operational procedures and training for cleanroom equipment and facilities operations.
- Enforce and maintains occupational safety, health, environmental regulations, and industry standards by establishing and periodic reviewing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures, complying with codes and legal regulations.
- Drafting preventive and operational Standard Operating Plans (SOPs) and Emergency Operational Plans (EOPs).
- Maintain ISO documentation and QMS system.
Requirements
- Diploma in any discipline with at least 3 years of facility management in cleanroom manufacturing environment
- Good knowledge of hazardous production materials (gases, liquids, etc.).
- Strong knowledge and understanding of best practices and all relevant statutory compliance requirements.
- Possess analytical and communication skills.
- Pro-active, able to multi-task and work independently.
- Strong team player with hands-on work ability and excellent interpersonal skills.
