Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage overall operations of the club facilities.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staffs such as bartenders and waiters
- Implement strategies for improved work performance
- Managing inventory
- Identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Plan and coordinate club events and functions
- Promoting club/hiring
- Cultivate and maintain work relationships with suppliers and customers
- Ensure adherence to workplace hygiene and safety guidelines
- Develop procedures to ensure smooth daily operations to achieve company targets
Requirements:
- Proven work experience in operations management in similar industry.
- Excellent problem-solving, time- management, decision-making and negotiation skills
- Great attention to details
- Be energetic, proactive, self-driven and highly motivated in driving the business operation.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with the employees, customers and regulatory authorities
- IT skills in Word and Excel is preferred.
- Willing to work night club operating hours
