Lead the execution of medium-size projects and ensure that all related activities are performed in accordance with Hitachi Energy's policy, contractual agreements, quality standards, health, safety & environment requirements, financial targets, as well as schedule commitments.
Your responsibilities:
- You will contribute to implementation of continuous improvement for the project execution strategy for the local project operation, in alignment with Local BU business strategies and driving service excellence through effective planning and allocation of resources in accordance with standard processes, procedures and safety guidelines.
- You will be allocating, driving and monitoring work on projects based on order content, delivery time, competencies and workload – effectively utilizing available resources through proper planning and scheduling to meet delivery targets.
- You will be building sustainable customer relationships to ensure local client growth, satisfaction, and retention together with Sales and utilizing customer feedback to drive consistent development of processes and practices.
- You will be exceeding customer expectations by understanding and anticipating current and potential needs, implementing health, safety and environmental directives and ensuring instructions and regulations are communicated appropriately within the team (including subcontractors) while also monitoring and reporting progress and results.
- You will be leading solution service productivity improvement activities in collaboration with the Quality and Continuous Improvement team, utilizing efficient tools to streamline Service processes and applications to support the customer, working closely with HR to ensure that the service team is properly organized, resourced, and supervised, with all Site manager team members certified in line with global certification and local regulations.
- You will be reviewing competence levels to ensure each Service Engineer/Site manager (including subcontractors) is appropriately qualified to handle the jobs assigned to them.

Your background:
- Diploma or bachelor’s in electrical engineering experience in Electrical/Transmission Industry.
- Minimum 10 years projects or management experience in Power sectors.
- Experience in switchgear planning, design and bidding related tasks.
- Knowledge of MS Office, SAP and Microsoft Projects/P6
- Knowledge of Electrical/Transmission Utilities Industry is a must.
- Leadership skill to lead project team and managing customer expectation.
- Good knowledge of substations equipment, protection relays and network automation.
- Strong communication skill.
