The Regional Sales Director will be responsible for driving Aquient/K2's growth in their region.
We are looking for a candidate with a strong track record of selling enterprise solutions (Consulting, Professional Services, Software) to Enterprise customers.
This is a new business development, "hunter" role responsible for building long term relationships and growing revenue with enterprise customers. The idea candidate will be committed to deliver business outcomes that exceed expectations and will be a motivated team player who can thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. In parallel, we are building a pre-sales, specialist, marketing and lead generation teams to support your activity.
The RSD creates, progresses and closes opportunities for the full range of K2's solution offering. For customers, this will range from holistic business transformations to specific projects requiring single solutions. As a trusted advisor, you will establish relationships with entire C-Suites and partner with them for long term success.
As the primary owner of many customer relationships, you will drive deals from first call to close, effectively leading sophisticated deals throughout the entire sales process. As a business development professional, you must be a
driven individual who can generate a large amount of pipeline for the business within a short period of time. As a team leader, you will be passionate about our customers, partnering with other team members to drive new sales and success across all of your accounts.
