Job Description: Dental Assistant
Location: Novena (near Newton), Singapore
Working Hours:
- Weekdays: Start time: 9 or 10 AM (flexible for those traveling from Malaysia)
End time: 5-7 PM (depending on patient appointments)
One weekday off per week
- Weekends: Saturday: 9 AM - 12/1 PM
Sunday: Closed or 3-4 hours (to be confirmed)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage patient appointments
- Assist the dentist during procedures
- Clean and sterilize dental instruments and chairs
- Handle administrative tasks and patient records
- Collect payments and manage billing
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dental office
Requirements:
- Ability to speak and write in English
- Ability to speak Mandarin
- Proficient in using a computer and MS Office
- Prior experience as a dental assistant is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
- Malaysian nationality or PR are welcome to apply
- Candidates aged 60 and above are encouraged to apply
