Support and execute end-to-end strategic sourcing activities in accordance with the Procurement policy. Ensure sourcing excellence by analyzing information, identifying requirements and opportunities, negotiating terms and conditions, and contracting products and/or services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute end-to-end strategic sourcing activities as directed by leads, ensuring adherence to the Procurement policy.
- Deliver sourcing excellence by analyzing information, identifying requirements and opportunities, negotiating terms and conditions, and contracting products and/or services.
- Provide exceptional customer service, delivering both quantitative and qualitative value through cost savings and cost avoidance.
- Adhere to the Client’s Procurement policy and processes, collaborating with Legal , Risk Management, and other internal support functions.
- Support procurement projects across US, EMEA, and APAC regions as needed.
- Assist in building and managing a pipeline of procurement projects in support of category strategy/plans, collaborating with Procurement leaders and stakeholders.
- Manage and support Request for Proposals (RFPs), including commercial and contractual negotiations, partnering with stakeholders and shared functions such as Risk Management, and Vendor Management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in strategic sourcing and procurement.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify requirements and opportunities.
- Excellent negotiation skills and experience in contracting products and/or services.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on delivering value through cost savings and cost avoidance.
- Knowledge of Procurement policies and processes, with experience in collaborating with legal and risk management teams.
- Ability to support procurement projects across different regions (US, EMEA, APAC).
- Strong project management skills and the ability to build and manage a pipeline of procurement projects.
- Experience in managing RFPs and commercial contractual negotiations.
