In House Recruiter (Contract)
Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 8am to 530pm;
Location: Woodlands
Responsibilities:
- Interviewing and assessing candidate's skill sets
- Job matching with the internal positions
- Follow up on contract signing and start work details
- Tracks all recruitment activity, interpret and communicate analytical data about all facets of the hiring process
- Meet up with Hiring Manager to understand their recruitment needs
- Work closely with HR and all internal stakeholders, in alignment with organizational processes
- Administrative support for recruitment activities and job fairs.
Requirements:
- Good in sourcing and research on profiles
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Preferably recruitment experience (minimum 2 years)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
- Data Analytics skills would be an advantage
- Excellent communication, articulation and written skills, organizational ability
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Energetic & comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
