GENERAL FUNCTION
- DFM Study and Evaluation by conducting in-depth DFM studies on customer drawings and technical documents to identify potential design and manufacturing issues.
- Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to make necessary design improvements for efficient and cost-effective manufacturing.
- Identify resources/areas for improvement or upgrading on capabilities when required.
- Perform comprehensive cost analysis studies and reviews to optimize tooling expenses while maintaining quality and performance.
- Utilize 3D CAD software, preferably UG or NX tools,to create, modify, and optimize tooling designs.
- Propose innovative process flows that enhance efficiency, reduce lead times, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
