Our client is a Engineering company based in the West of Singapore and they are looking for a Regional FP&A Manager to sit in their team.
Your responsibilities would include:
Regional Consolidation:
- Spearheading the integration of financial outcomes and managerial reporting across the ASEAN region, ensuring precision, uniformity, and alignment with corporate protocols.
- Partnering with finance teams in respective countries to ensure punctual and precise submission of financial information.
Financial Planning & Analysis:
- Overseeing the creation and amalgamation of yearly budgets and regular forecasts for the region.
- Crafting financial models and analyses to bolster strategic ventures and facilitate business decisions.
- Tracking and scrutinizing the financial performance of subsidiaries, pinpointing patterns, and offering actionable insights to enhance business efficacy.
Management Reporting:
- Generating and disseminating prompt and precise managerial reports, encompassing monthly and quarterly financial evaluations for regional and corporate leadership.
- Guaranteeing adherence to corporate reporting criteria and deadlines.
Business Partnering:
- Serving as a pivotal finance ally to regional and national management teams, furnishing financial counsel and assistance.
- Conducting annual reviews of audit findings and audited financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and facilitating the resolution of audit-related issues.
- Collaborating with multifunctional teams to stimulate business efficacy and accomplish financial objectives.
- Cultivating and nurturing robust relationships with key stakeholders throughout the region.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Posesses a Bachelors Degree in Accounting/ Finance/CPA /CA /ACCA
- Have a minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role with audit and regional consolidation experience
- Familiar with SEA would be an added advantage
