Morgan McKinley is on the lookout for a dynamic Project Manager for Talent Acquisition (TA) Operations to be part of our client's People Experience team focused on optimizing TA processes, oversee TA projects, systems and technologies, working closely with the TA organization to ensure operational efficiency.
Our client is the leading Online to Offline (O2O) Mobile Platform in Southeast Asia, offering a wide array of services including transport, food, package, and grocery delivery, as well as mobile payment and financial services to millions across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition (TA) Operations:
- Collaborate with TA leadership to standardize and enhance internal and external hiring processes.
- Monitor and streamline operational TA tasks (e.g., CV screening, interview scheduling, background checks, contract generation).
- Manage TA operations with off site vendors/suppliers.
- Develop and deliver change management communications and training related to TA operations.
- Partner with functional teams to improve systems and processes in line with business needs.
2. TA Technologies:
- Oversee and optimize TA-related technology, especially the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), SmartRecruiters.
- Manage enhancement requests and escalations related to the ATS.
- Provide technology-related change management communications and training.
- Identify, launch, and train the team on new tools and systems as needed.
3. TA Projects and Strategies:
- Support TA leadership with strategic planning and project management.
- Manage TA-related projects and align practices with industry best standards.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, data integrity, and conduct audits in recruiting practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
- 12+ years of experience in Talent acquisition operations or relevant business operations.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage senior leaders.
- Proven project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects independently.
- Problem-solving abilities with innovative solutions for scaling processes, policies, and technology.
- Data-driven decision-making skills.
- Experience in change management and training.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Familiarity with labor regulations and hiring norms in South East Asia.
