Sales administration
- Respond promptly to customers' queries
- Have a meeting at customer's site
- Source for materials via emails and phone calls to new and current suppliers
- Issuance / arrangement / coordination of sales and purchase related documents (Purchase Orders, Sales Orders, Invoices, Delivery Orders etc) and transactions in MYOB or other Accounting Program
- Collate and compile accurate instructions and documents (from customers) to Production team
- Coordinate with production staff to ensure timely delivery to customers
