- Mixing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences.
- Example: coffee, smoothies,cocktails etc.
- Engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders, and offering recommendations when necessary.
- Handling cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Monitoring and restocking inventory, including liquor, mixers, garnishes, and other bar supplies.
- Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the bar area, including washing glassware, wiping down counters, and disposing of waste.
- Adhering to all relevant laws and regulations regarding the sale and service of alcohol.
- Collaborating with other staff members to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for customers.
- Demonstrating a strong knowledge of drink recipes, including classic cocktails and specialty drinks.
- Upholding a positive and welcoming atmosphere for patrons.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a bartender, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Attention to detail and a focus on cleanliness and sanitation.
- Food hygiene level 1 is a must
