Location : Upper Serangoon Road


Position : Receptionist cum Admin Assistant


Contract period : 1 Oct 24 – 31 Dec 25 with an option to extend from 1 Jan 25 – 31 Dec 25


Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

Mondays to Thursdays: 9.00am to 6.00pm *, inclusive of 0.5hr lunch break

Fridays: 9.00am to 5:30pm*, inclusive of 0.5hr lunch break

Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

*Work schedule is subjected to changes according to college’s needs.


The Services required are set out as follows:

Reception

Attend to phone calls and walk in enquires.

Attend to unwell students

Provide administrative support to stakeholders.

Maintain the tidiness and cleanliness of the Reception Area at all times.

General Administration

Manage the loan and returns of college attires and blazers and maintain the loan records.

Manage the borrowing and returning of keys.

Assist to count, sort, pack and distribute college materials.

Maintain the forms in the reception trays to ensure forms are current.

Replenishment of staff stationeries (markers, dusters etc)

Support school events and any duties assigned by school.

The Personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience:


Qualification

Minimum GCE “N” level, salary $2,390 with relevant working experience.

Other Requirements

 Shall preferably has 2 years of relevant work experience.

 Good communication and inter-personal skills

 Good customer service skills

Proficient in MS Office
