Location : Upper Serangoon Road
Position : Receptionist cum Admin Assistant
Contract period : 1 Oct 24 – 31 Dec 25 with an option to extend from 1 Jan 25 – 31 Dec 25
Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:
Mondays to Thursdays: 9.00am to 6.00pm *, inclusive of 0.5hr lunch break
Fridays: 9.00am to 5:30pm*, inclusive of 0.5hr lunch break
Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
*Work schedule is subjected to changes according to college’s needs.
The Services required are set out as follows:
Reception
Attend to phone calls and walk in enquires.
Attend to unwell students
Provide administrative support to stakeholders.
Maintain the tidiness and cleanliness of the Reception Area at all times.
General Administration
Manage the loan and returns of college attires and blazers and maintain the loan records.
Manage the borrowing and returning of keys.
Assist to count, sort, pack and distribute college materials.
Maintain the forms in the reception trays to ensure forms are current.
Replenishment of staff stationeries (markers, dusters etc)
Support school events and any duties assigned by school.
The Personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience:
Qualification
Minimum GCE “N” level, salary $2,390 with relevant working experience.
Other Requirements
Shall preferably has 2 years of relevant work experience.
Good communication and inter-personal skills
Good customer service skills
Proficient in MS Office
