Core Responsibilities
- Be the first contact point for our existing clients.
- Meet personal and group sales targets.
- Provide quality customer service standards to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Develop and build strong client relationships
- Handle feedback, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up closely
- Service and manage new sales leads from sales development
- Submit monthly sales forecast and track sales figures
- Any other ad-hoc duties and assignments as required by the Sales Division
Job Specifications
- Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience in account servicing and sales support.
- Able to work independently as well as a good team player.
- Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Possess enthusiastic spirit with strong organizing skills, detail minded and able to multitask.
- Able to interact professionally with both internal and external customers.
