Job Description
- Assist with daily marketing administrative support
- Assist in planning creative, effective marketing and communications activities, which include events organization, copywriting and production of marketing materials and preparation of PowerPoint slides
- Assist in liaising with internal and external stakeholders in the execution of marketing initiatives, campaigns and projects
- Assist in managing printing, collation and distribution of marketing materials
- Perform administrative and any other ad hoc duties when assigned
Job Requirement
- Min NITEC in Business/Marketing or related field with at least one year's relevant working experience
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Basic Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator will be an added advantage
- Able to write and communicate bilingually
- Organized with the ability to assist and follow through on projects
- Must be independent, resourceful and able to multi-task with minimum supervision
