Food Stall Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee daily operations of the food stall.
  2. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  3. Supervise and coordinate the work of service crew members.
  4. Train new staff and provide ongoing guidance and support.
  5. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
  6. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the stall.
  7. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
  8. Ensure food quality and presentation meet standards.
  9. Prepare reports on sales, inventory, and other relevant metrics.
  10. Assist in scheduling staff shifts and managing payroll.

Requirements:

  2. Ability to work effectively under pressure.
  3. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  4. Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  5. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
